We provide two levels of service for landlords. The majority opt for our competitive fully managed package, but we also offer a tenant find only option if required.
In both cases, there are no upfront costs and you only pay us when you start to receive rent.
Finding you the best tenant
We won’t take on any old Tom, Dick or Harry just to get your property let.
Whichever service you require, we provide the same high level marketing we offer to sales clients to attract the best applicants.
Anyone interested in your property will then have to pass an initial viewing with us and complete a comprehensive referencing process, handled by a specialist third party provider.
Before we hand over keys, a full written and photographic inventory will be carried out, which the tenant will be asked to sign, signalling they agree to our assessment of the property’s condition.
Once a tenant has moved into a Sorbys managed property, we lodge the bond with the Deposit Protection Service and forward the rent to you, along with a statement of the funds received.
We take care of all maintenance issues using our preferred contractors – or ones you have specified – so you can sit back and wait for your monthly statements and rent to arrive.
Periodic inspections will be carried out during the tenancy and we will deal with the eventual checkout, ensuring the property is returned in the condition it was let.
